In accordance with DC's OSSE child care licensing regulations, the following forms must be properly completed before the start of the school year in order for your child to attend school.  To ensure a smooth beginning to the school year, they are due on June 24, 2024. ​Please see the Registration Checklist and Instructions above for additional information.
